The present invention relates to a medicament delivery device (10) comprising a housing (12, 14)； a medicament container holder (112), arranged movable in relation to said housing (12, 14) and capable of accommodating a medicament container (114)； an activator (164) comprising a plunger rod (172), which plunger rod (172) is arranged to be moved in the proximal direction of the medicament delivery device by the activator (164) to act on a stopper (120) of the medicament container (114) for delivering a dose of medicament through a medicament delivery member (126) when said activator (164) is operated.
