PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treatment device which has excellent blood compatibility and stable antioxidative performance.SOLUTION: A blood treatment device in which a hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment including a polysulfone resin, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and fat soluble vitamins is embedded includes the fat soluble vitamins on the surface of the hollow fiber membrane within a range of 10 mg/m2 or more and 300 mg/m2 or less calculated in terms of a membrane area, and a moisture percentage of the hollow fiber membrane is 100 mass% or more.
