PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow-fiber membrane type blood purification device having improved antioxidative performance and favorable water permeability, blood compatibility, and economic rationality.SOLUTION: The hollow-fiber membrane type blood purification device has a container filled with hollow fiber membranes, the hollow fiber membrane including hydrophobic polymer, hydrophilic macromolecule, and fat-soluble vitamin.
