PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier which includes a hollow fiber membrane comprising a polysulfone-based polymer and polyvinylpyrrolidone, shows excellent performance to remove impurities in blood, and shows low albumin permeability and a low adsorbed amount of low-molecular-weight proteins.SOLUTION: The hollow fiber membrane includes a structure in which a pore diameter continuously increases from the inner surface of the membrane toward the outer surface of the membrane. The clearance value of vitamin B12 of the blood purifier after the irradiation with radiation is 152 mL/min or more per a membrane area of 1.5 m2 or in a conversion value of a membrane area of 1.5 m2.
