PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device capable of elevating a second case part in a third case part by a single motor, moving a first case part in the second case part to right and left sides, and rotating a massage head above the first case part.SOLUTION: A massage device is such that a second case part is provided in a third case part the second case part can be elevated by driving a long twin head screw shaft a first case part is provided in the second case part and the first case part is moved to right and left sides by driving a twin head screw shaft and a transmission shaft so as to rotate a massage head.
