PURPOSE: A producing method of health food using germinated grains is provided to offer the abundant amount of nutrients contained in the germinated grains, and the soft texture of the grains to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health food using germinated grains comprises the following steps: soaking the geminated grains in water in a container for at least 5 hours(S120); cooking the water-soaked and grains with bamboo salt water(S130); cooling the cooked grains, and aging the grains for at least 8 hours at 70-80 deg C(S140); cooling the aged grains at 40-50 deg C(S150); and adding honey into the grains(S160). The germinated grains include germinated brown rice, germinated glutinous brown rice, germinated barley, germinated wheat, germinated black rice, germinated sorghum, germinated millet, germinated black bean, germinated white bean, germinated red bean, germinated adlay, and germinated corn.
