A method for preparing a Lithospermum erythrorhizon extract of the present invention is a novel extraction method which is economical and eco-friendly since the method does not require high-priced production equipment even without using organic solvents harmful to the human body, such as chloroform, benzene, and nucleic acid. The method comprises a Lithospermum erythrorhizon pulverization step (S10) for pulverizing Lithospermum erythrorhizon a first reflux extraction step (S20) for producing a first extract by mixing the pulverized Lithospermum erythrorhizon, ethanol having a 5- to 10-fold weight of the pulverized Lithospermum erythrorhizon, and a surfactant having a 0.0001- to 0.001-fold weight of the ethanol, followed by reflux extraction at the boiling point of the ethanol a first vacuum concentration step (S30) for producing a first concentrate by filtering the first extract produced from the first reflux extraction step (S20) and then vacuum concentrating the filtrate a second reflux extraction step (S40) for producing a second extract by mixing the first concentrate produced from the first vacuum concentration step (S30), ethanol having a 5- to 10-fold weight of the pulverized Lithospermum erythrorhizon, and oil having a 2- to 10-fold weight of the first concentrate, followed by reflux extraction at the boiling point of the ethanol a second vacuum concentration step (S50) for producing a second concentrate by vacuum concentrating the second extract produced from the second reflux extraction step (S40) and an oil extraction step (S60) for producing a shikonin-containing oil by allowing the second concentrate to stand and then removing an aqueous layer of the second concentrate.Linvention concerne un procédé de préparation dun extrait de Lithospermum erythrorhizon qui constitue un nouveau procédé dextraction qui est économique et respectueux de lenvironnement étant donné que le procédé ne nécessite pas un équipement de production onéreux, même sans utiliser de s
