PURPOSE: A method of making a taffy using mistletoe is provided to make a mistletoe taffy in order to make people easily eat mistletoe which contains lectin, a substance for enhancing immune system.CONSTITUTION: Mistletoe is washed and pulverized. The pulverized mistletoe is mixed with purified water at a ratio of 1:5-80 and filtered under a high temperature and pressure to obtain mistletoe extracts. 7-30 parts by weight %, 1-3 parts by weight % of fat and fatty oil and 0.01-0.05 parts by weight % of lecithin are mixed with 69-90 parts by weight % of starch syrup. The mixture is put into a condenser to obtain condensed mixtures. The condensed mixtures are molded, cut and packed.
