According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a drink containing young ginseng, comprising the steps of: providing a vessel containing a drinking solution placing a young ginseng root in the vessel and ohmic-heating the vessel and putting the ohmic-heated young ginseng root and drinking solution in a packaging container and packaging the same. The young ginseng drink according to the present invention contains a young ginseng root inside the container, and thus can gain trust in the effects of the drink from users due to the visual effect. In addition, effective components from the young ginseng can be easily eluted by means of ohmic heating, which allows the users to ingest the effective components simply by tasting the drink. Since young ginseng cultivated without pesticides under artificial lighting is used, the health drink of the present invention is suitable for drinking and can be manufactured without the need of a separate disinfection process as it is sterilized in the ohmic treatment process.
