PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysate solution regeneration method, a dialysate solution regeneration device, and a preliminarily adjusted cation exchange resin that, on the assumption that a used dialysate solution is caused to come into contact with a cation exchange resin to cause urea contained in the used dialysate solution to adhere to the cation exchange resin, can adjust pH of the dialysate solution from which urea is removed to an appropriate range.SOLUTION: A dialysate solution regeneration method includes a urea removal process in which a used dialysate solution 22 used for artificial dialysis is caused to come into contact with a cation exchange resin 80 so as to cause urea contained in the used dialysate solution 22 to adhere to the cation exchange resin 80, and a pH adjusting process in which the used dialysate solution 22 is caused to come into contact with an anion exchange resin 90 to adjust pH of the used dialysate solution 22.
