PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which is provided with a water-absorbing polymer of high water absorption speed and excellent liquid permeability, is excellent in an absorption performance, and does not easily cause liquid leakage.
SOLUTION: The absorptive article 1 is provided with an absorbent 3 including the water-absorbing polymer 10, the water absorption speed by a vortex method of the water-absorbing polymer 10 is &le20 seconds, and a liquid permeation speed under pressurization by 2.0 kPa is &ge60 mL/min. Preferably, the water absorption amount of physiological saline by a centrifugal dehydration method of the water-absorbing polymer 10 is &ge20 g/g.
