- 本发明公开了一种玉米混合面糕点,其特征在于按下列重量份的原料制成:玉米35~45份、大米25~35份、绿豆3~8份、糯米8~12份、玉米糖3~8份、白砂糖13~18份;将35~45份玉米进行脱皮、膨化、粉碎至粒径小于60目的玉米面,再将25~35份大米、3~8份绿豆和8~12份糯米混合进行膨化,粉碎至粒径小于60目的混合面,再将玉米面用3~8份玉米糖调制成浆料在模板上摊平,厚度为10~12mm,然后将大米、绿豆和糯米混合面用8~12份白砂糖熬制的拉丝状糖料调制软浆料,摊铺在玉米面软浆料上层10~12mm厚的混合面软浆料,交替五层后将5~6份白砂糖均撒在上层面上,最后用棕榈油喷面,制成糕点模型后蒸熟,切块。
