The present invention relates to a mowing device to be installed in vehicles. The mowing device comprises: an arm connected to a vehicle； a frame installed in the arm； a head installed to be movable in the frame to reduce the interference with obstacles； a cutting unit installed in the head to remove weeds； and a protective cover installed in the frame to prevent the weeds removed by the operation of the cutting unit from scattering.
