Accordingly following invention provides a low cost, hand held, easy to operate apparatus for reaping and curtailing truncate of grains in agricultural fields comprising of single rotating blade (A) placed horizontally above the motor (S) fitted on a rod to a movable head (I) to adjust the machine as per the requirement with the help of screw. The assembly is placed in a casing (W) preferably made of plastic for protection against rain and external damages. Switch (L) is provided at the other end of the rod and is connected with the motor with two wires (N,O) for activation and deactivation of the device.
