PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of vibration and noise in waste culm cutting by a blade and a receiving blade in a waste culm cutting processing device to enhance durability of the blade and receiving blade.SOLUTION: In a waste culm cutting processing device, a rotation body 54 mounting a plurality of blades 51 thereon is supported to rotate around an axial core in a right/left direction in an upper part of a cutting processing chamber cutting waste culms after threshing and a receiving blade is arranged in a lower part of the cutting processing chamber. A blade group is formed by arranging side by side the plurality of blades 51 mounted on an outer peripheral face of the rotation body 54 at intervals in the axial core direction of the rotation body 54. A plurality of the blade groups are arranged at intervals in a peripheral direction of the rotation body 54.
