PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce clogging of waste culm in a waste culm processing device including a cutting device to improve efficiency of threshing works.SOLUTION: A waste culm processing device of a thresher including a cutting device (50) that has a plurality of rotary cutters (51) around a rotation axis (54A) in the right and left direction, is attached to the rear part of the thresher (3). The waste culm processing device can switch a driving rotational direction of the rotation axis (54A) between a normal rotation direction and a reverse rotation direction. Cutting parts are constituted at a marginal part in an upstream side of the rotary cutter (51) rotation direction and at a marginal part in a downstream side thereof. A receiving blade (52) is, when viewed from an axial direction of the rotation axis (54A), arranged at a position where a rotation locus of the rotary cutter (51) is overlapped and cutting parts are formed at both edges of the receiving blade (52).
