PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidation-treated krill oil-containing supplement.SOLUTION: The ω terminal part of krill oil is included in cyclic polysaccharides, and the outer periphery of the cyclic polysaccharides is coated with coconut oil, so that the oxidation of krill oil can be prevented.
