PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing an oily solid cosmetic containing a component without compatibility or an unstable component.SOLUTION: The method for producing an oily solid cosmetic of the invention comprises mixing with a first fluid containing at least one kinds of oily components which is solid at 25°C, and a second fluid containing at least one kind of components which is not compatible with the components contained in the first fluid, in a vibrating stirring mixing apparatus or before introducing into the apparatus to obtain a mixed solution； stirring the obtained mixed solution in the vibrating stirring mixing apparatus to obtain a third fluid； and solidifying the third fluid discharged from the vibrating stirring mixing apparatus.【課題】相溶性のない成分や、不安定成分を含む油性固形化粧料を安定的に製造できる方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の油性固形化粧料の製造方法は、２５℃において固体の油性成分を１種以上含む第一の流動体と、第一の流動体に含まれる成分と相溶しない成分を１種以上含む第二の流動体とを、振動式撹拌混合装置内で又は該装置に導入する前に混合し、混合液を得る工程；得られた混合液を振動式撹拌混合装置内にて撹拌し、第三の流動体を得る工程、並びに振動式撹拌混合装置から排出された第三の流動体を固化させる工程を含む。【選択図】図１
