PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can produce an emulsified cosmetic having emulsified drops high in stability, effectively prevented from coalescence thereof and uniform, and hardly causing variation of color tone derived from aggregation of the powder components.SOLUTION: This method includes a process of mixing a blended raw material containing one or more kinds of oil-based components solid at 25°C under heating to give an oily fluid, mixing the oily fluid with a fluid containing an aqueous component to give emulsified matter, and cooling the emulsified matter. In more detail, the process comprises passing the oily fluid through a vibration type stirring blender, where the temperature of the oily fluid is kept above the solidification start temperature of the oil-based component, feeding the fluid containing an aqueous component continuously into the vibration type stirring blender and mixing to give the emulsified matter and cooling the emulsified matter within the vibration type stirring blender.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳化滴の安定性が高く、その合一が効果的に防止され、かつ均一であり、また粉末成分の凝集に起因する色調の変化が起こりにくい乳化化粧料を製造し得る方法を提供すること。【解決手段】25℃において固体の油性成分を1種以上含む配合原料を加熱下に混合させて油性流動体となし、該油性流動体と水性成分を含む流動体とを混合させて乳化物となし、該乳化物を冷却する工程を有する。油性流動体を、振動式攪拌混合装置内を通過させつつ、油性流動体の温度が油性成分の固化開始温度以上で、水性成分を含む流動体を振動式攪拌混合装置内に連続的に供給し、混合させて乳化物となすとともに、振動式攪拌混合装置内で乳化物を冷却する。【選択図】図1
