PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an oily cosmetic hardly depositing large crystals of an oily component such as a wax component and giving an improved sense of use, and to provide a method for producing the oily cosmetic hardly causing the crush of brightening powder and the like and giving a high brightening sense.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the oily cosmetic, having a process for cooling a fluid obtained by mixing the first compounding raw material containing one or more oily components solid at 25°C with the second compounding raw material containing one or more kinds of brightening powder under heating, characterized by having a process for passing the fluid through a vibration type stirring mixer 40 to continuously cool the fluid to or below the solidifying temperature of the oily component solid at 25°C, wherein the vibration type stirring mixer 40 has a stirrer 44 including a driving shaft 42 and stirring blades 43 attached to the driving shaft 42 in a tubular casing 41, and vibrates the driving shaft 42 in the axial direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】ワックス成分等の油性成分の大きな結晶が析出し難く、使用感の向上した油性化粧料の製造法を提供すること。光輝性粉体等の破砕が起き難く、光輝感の高い油性化粧料の製造法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の製造方法は、25℃において固体の油性成分を1種以上含む第1の配合原料及び1種以上の光輝性粉体を含む第2の配合原料を加熱下で混合させて得られた流動体を冷却する工程を有する油性化粧料の製造方法である。本発明の製造方法は、管状のケーシング41内に、駆動軸42と、該駆動軸42に取り付けられた攪拌羽根43とからなる攪拌体44を備え、該駆動軸42が軸方向に振動するようになされている振動式攪拌混合装置40を用い、該振動式攪拌混合装置40内を通過させることで流動体を連続的に、25℃で固体である油性成分の固化温度以下まで冷却する工程を有する油性化粧料の製造方法である。【選択図】図1
