PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake operation device of a simply-structured pedal wheelchair.SOLUTION: For a brake operation device of a pedal wheelchair, in claim 1, a directional lever for selecting a direction of travel by horizontally rotating it and the central axis of the rotation are connected with a pin, making the directional lever vertically operable with the pin as a fulcrum.
