A subject of the invention is a cosmetic composition comprising: - from 30% to 89.5% by weight of at least one polar oil relative to the total weight of the composition； - from 10% to 45% by weight of at least one C2-C6 aliphatic monoalcohol relative to the total weight of the composition； - from 0.5% to 50% by weight of at least one polyol relative to the total weight of the composition, said composition comprising less than 5% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition. It also relates to the associated cosmetic treatment process and also the cosmetic use of said composition.L'objet de la présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique comprenant : - de 30 % à 89,5 % en poids d'au moins une huile polaire par rapport au poids total de la composition ； - de 10 % à 45 % en poids d'au moins un monoalcool aliphatique en C2-C6 par rapport au poids total de la composition ； - de 0,5 % à 50 % en poids d'au moins un polyol par rapport au poids total de la composition, ladite composition comprenant moins de 5 % en poids d'eau par rapport au poids total de la composition.
