The present invention also relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least 10% by weight of starch relative to the total weight of the composition, at least one emulsifying polymer, ethanol in an amount of from 5% to 30% by weight of relative to the total weight of the composition and at least one additional filler chosen from aerogel, perlite, and mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to the cosmetic use of these compositions for reducing and/or limiting and/or preventing the flow of sweat from facial and/or bodily skin, and also for matting the skin and/or attenuating the sheen and/or glare of facial and/or bodily skin.
