PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cosmetic, wherein transparency (L value) is stably maintained and the liquid cosmetic has soft feeling of use without stickiness even after being subjected to harsh conditions, such as freezing or storage at high temperature, especially in a transparent to translucent liquid cosmetic.SOLUTION: The transparent to translucent liquid cosmetic contains (a) 0.01-3 mass% of an oil component and (b) a hydrophilic surfactant selected from polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil and polyoxyethylene phytosterol, and has an L value of 60 or higher, wherein isostearyl alcohol accounts for 60 mass% or more of the oil component (a). Furthermore, it is preferable to contain (c) a lipophilic surfactant selected from polyglyceryl diisostearate, sorbitan sesquiisostearate, and sorbitan sesquioleate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 特に透明から半透明の液状化粧料において、凍結や高温保存といった過酷な条件を経ても透明性(L値)が安定に維持され、べたつきがなくやわらかな使用感を有する液状化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】 (a)0.01~3質量%の油分と、(b)ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油及びポリオキシエチレンフィトステロールから選択される親水性界面活性剤とを含有し、L値が60以上である透明から半透明の液状化粧料であって、イソステアリルアルコールが前記(a)油分の60質量%以上を占める液状化粧料。さらに、(c)ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル、セスキイソステアリン酸ソルビタン、及びセスキオレイン酸ソルビタンから選択される親油性界面活性剤を含有するのが好ましい。【選択図】なし
