PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress-mitigating agent with no such a problem that liking differs depending on a person using it as the case with fragrances.SOLUTION: The stress-mitigating agent is such as to be obtained by cooling a gas generated by heating water blended with raw tea leaves at a temperature lower than the boiling point of the water. A second version of the stress-mitigating agent is such as to be obtained by cooling a gas generated by heating raw tea leaves at a temperature lower than the boiling point of the water contained in the raw tea leaves. A third version of the stress-mitigating agent is such as to be obtained by carrying a carrier with leaf alcohol and/or leaf aldehyde extracted from either one of the stress-mitigating agents.
