PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of an internal fixation mark in an ophthalmologic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises an optical system, a movement mechanism, and a control unit. The optical system includes an objective lens, an irradiation optical system for irradiating an eye to be examined with light through the objective lens, and a fixation system for projecting a fixation luminous flux onto the eye to be examined through the objective lens. The movement mechanism moves at least part of the optical system including the objective lens.
