The present invention provides a compound having the structure: (structurally represented) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are each independently H, halogen, CF3 or C1-C4 alkyl R6 is H, OH, or halogen B is a substituted or unsubstituted heterobicycle, pyridazine, pyrazole, pyrazine, thiadiazole, or triazole, wherein the heterobicycle is other than chloro substituted indole and the pyrazole, when substituted, is substituted with other than trifluoromethyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt theref.La présente invention concerne un composé présentant la structure (structurellement représentée) dans laquelle R1, R2, R3, R4 et R5 représentent chacun indépendamment H, un halogène, un alkyle en CF3 ou en C1 à C4 R6 représente H, OH, ou un halogène B représente un hétérobicycle, une pyridazine, un pyrazole, une pyrazine, un thiadiazole, ou un triazole substitué ou non substitué, lhétérobicycle étant différent dun indole chloro-substitué et le pyrazole, lorsquil est substitué, est substitué par un autre constituant que trifluorométhyle, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable dudit composé.
