PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the upper surfaces of a plurality of rotating disks with liquid in a simple configuration by circulating the liquid stored in a tank without using a motive power such as a pump for circulating the liquid stored in the tank, in a liquid atomizing device and a sauna apparatus using the liquid atomizing device.SOLUTION: A liquid atomizing means 9 includes: a cylindrical pathway 12 having openings in the upper and lower sides a rotating means 13 provided inside the cylindrical pathway 12 a liquid supply means having a constant flow valve 15 that supplies the rotating means 13 with the liquid and a water storage section 26 provided in the lower part of the cylindrical pathway 12. The rotating means 13 includes: a rotating shaft 19 disposed in the vertical direction a rotary motor 21 for rotating the rotating shaft 19 a column pipe 22 that is fixed to the rotating shaft 19 and sucks water from the water storage section 26 and a plurality of rotating plates 20a-20c that are fixed to the outer surface of the column pipe at prescribed intervals apart in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 19.
