PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid atomizing device capable of preventing propagation of germs or the like, in liquid in the device, and shortening the drying time, and to provide a sauna apparatus using the liquid atomizing device.SOLUTION: Liquid atomizing means 10 includes: a case 13 for the liquid atomizing means rotation means 14 provided in the case 13 for the liquid atomizing means a water storage part 26 provided at a lower part of the case 13 for the liquid atomizing means and a water supply pipe 4 for supplying liquid to the rotation means 14. The rotation means 14 has: a rotary motor 21 a water pumping pipe 22 for sucking the liquid from the water storage part 26 and a liquid scattering part 24 for jetting the liquid sucked by the water pumping pipe 22. At an outer periphery of the rotation means 14, there is a breaking part 25 connected to the case 13 for the liquid atomizing means. The water supply pipe 4 includes: a water supply valve 16 provided halfway and a water supply port 17 disposed most downstream of the water supply pipe 4.
