PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify execution of works by eliminating piping construction for discharging a non-atomized liquid in a liquid atomizing device and sauna equipment using the same.SOLUTION: The liquid atomizing device is equipped with a body case 6 having a suction port 4 and an exhaust port 5, a heat exchanger 7 and fan motor 8a provided in an air duct connecting the suction port 4 and the exhaust port 5, and a liquid atomizing means 9 provided between the fan motor 8a and the exhaust port 5. The liquid atomizing means 9 is constituted of a rotary means 13 and a liquid supply means for supplying a liquid to the rotary means 13, and the liquid supply means has an upper supply means for supplying the liquid to an upper rotary plate 16a and a lower supply means for supplying the liquid to a lower rotary plate 16b.
