PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction work by eliminating piping construction for discharging liquid that cannot be atomized regarding a liquid atomizing apparatus and a sauna apparatus using the liquid atomizing apparatus.SOLUTION: The liquid atomizing apparatus includes a heat exchanger 7 and a fan motor 8 provided in an air duct that connects a suction port 4 to an exhaust port 5 a liquid atomizing means 9 provided between the fan motor 8 and the exhaust port 5 and a control means for controlling the liquid atomizing means, the heat exchanger 7 and the fan motor 8. The liquid atomizing means 9 includes a rotating means 13 and a liquid supply means for supplying water to the rotating means 13. The fan motor 8 includes a rotation speed detecting means for detecting the rotation number of the motor. The control means includes a control part for controlling water supply to the rotating means 13 and the operation of the rotating means 13, heat exchanger 7 and fan motor 8.
