To suppress an energy loss in a liquid atomizing unit and a sauna system using the same.
SOLUTION: The liquid atomizing unit comprises a body case 10 having an air supply port 8 and an exhaust port 9 a blowing means 12 provided in an air course in the body case 10 and a liquid atomizing means 13 provided between the blowing means 12 and the exhaust port 9. The liquid atomizing means 13 is composed of a rotation body 14 having water retaining and ventilating properties, and a water storage PAN 15 and a water supply means 16 provided close under the rotation body 14.
