PURPOSE: A ginsenoside recovery system for ginseng using the vacuum and compression cycle is provided to obtain ginsenoside from the moisture evaporating from the ginseng during a drying process. CONSTITUTION: A ginsenoside recovery system for ginseng comprises the following: a vacuum drier(10) including a drying rack(11) a heater(20) heating the inside of the vacuum drier a steam discharging pipe(30) connected to the inside of the vacuum drier a steam condensing unit(40) connected to the downstream side of the steam discharging pipe a compressor(41A) connected to the steam discharging pipe a condenser(42A) connected to the compressor a storage tank(43A) installed on the downstream side of the condenser a valve(44A) installed on the downstream side of the storage tank and a cooling fan(45A) installed on one side of the condenser.본 발명은 진공과 압축사이클을 이용한 인삼의 진세노사이드가 포함된 응축수 회수장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 내부에 건조대(11)가 설치되는 진공 건조기(10)와 상기 진공 건조기(10)의 내부를 가열하는 가열기(20)와 상기 진공 건조기(10)의 내부와 연결되는 증기배출관(30) 및 상기 증기배출관(30)의 하류측에 연결되는 증기응축장치(40)를 포함하고 상기 증기응축장치(40)는 상기 증기배출관(30)에 연결되는 압축기(41A)와, 상기 압축기(41A)의 하류측에 연결되는 응축기(42A)와, 상기 응축기(42A)의 하류측에 설치되는 저장탱크(43A)와, 상기 저장탱크(43A)의 하류측에 설치되는 밸브(44A) 및 상기 응축기(42A)의 일측에 설치되는 냉각팬(45A)을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 이와 같은 구성에 의해 인삼을 건조하는 과정에서 외부로 방출되어 버려지던 증기를 회수할 수 있고, 이 증기에 포함된 진세노사이드 성분을 회수하여 인체에 유익한 제품(예를 들면, 인삼음료, 건강보조식품의 첨가물 등)에 사용할 수 있으므로 인삼의 활용도가 높아진다.
