PURPOSE: A fermenting apparatus for manufacturing liquid fertilizer and a fermenting method for the same are provided to phased-separate exhaust gas generated from manufacturing processes and condensing the separated exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A fermenting apparatus for manufacturing liquid fertilizer includes a fermenting tank(1), a first condenser(2), a second condenser(3), a first refrigerant pipe, a second refrigerant pipe, a third refrigerant pipe, a chemical bath, and a conduit(d). The fermenting tank is heated by a heater(7). The first condenser introduces vapor and volatile bad odor gas through an exhaust gas conduit. The first condenser condenses and separates vapor from the vapor and the volatile bad odor gas. The second condenser condenses and separates the exhaust gas from the first condenser. The first refrigerant pipe refrigerant into the second condenser. The second refrigerant pipe introduces refrigerant into the first condenser. The third refrigerant circulates refrigerant discharged from the first condenser to refrigerant condenser. The conduit discharges condensed and separated remaining gas to the atmosphere.본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 등 유기성 폐기물을 발효시켜 액상비료를 제조하는 과정에서 발생하는 배출가스를 단계별로 구분하여 응축함으로써 악취발생을 완벽하게 해결한 액상비료를 제조하기 위한 발효방법 및 그 장치의 제공을 목적으로 하는 것이다.본 발명에 따른 액상비료를 제조하는 발효방법은 음식물 쓰레기 등 유기성 폐기물을 발효시켜 액비를 제조하는 발효단계와, 발효단계에서 발생하는 수증기 및 휘발성 악취가스를 응축하는 응축단계로 이루어진 액비를 제조하는 발효방법에 있어서, 발효단계에서 발생하는 수증기 및 휘발성 악취가스를 응축하는 2단계 응축모듈로 구성하되, 수증기만을 응축하는 수분응축단계와 수분응축단계에 후속하여 휘발성 악취가스를 응축하는 악취가스응축단계가 각각 독립적으로 수행될 수 있도록 냉매를 순환시키는 것으로 이루어진다.본 발명은 발효단계에서 발생하는 수증기 및 휘발성 악취가스로부터 수분만을 응축하는 수분응축단계와 수분응축단계에 후속하여 휘발성 악취가스를 응축하는 악취가스응축단계가 각각 독립적으로 수행될 수 있도록 냉매를 순환시킴으로써 저비점 성분인 휘발성 악취가스의 응축 시에 수분이 존재하지 아니하여 배관에 수분이 동결되는 것을 방지하여 냉각효율을 향상시키는 효과를 나타내며, 또 저비점 성분의 응축단계에서 수분응축단계로 냉매를 순환시킴으로써 냉매의 효율적 순환에 의해 에너지 절약형 액비제조를 위한 발효장치를 생산하는데 매우 유리하다.
