PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color measuring apparatus capable of reporting or proposing a color matching with a desire or image of a user by efficiently using the accurately measured color information close to the visual perception of a human.SOLUTION: The color measurement system 500 includes a color measuring apparatus 100, an XYZ camera 200, a display 301, and a printer 302. The color measuring apparatus 100 includes ideal color information detecting means 10 measured color information acquiring means 11 color difference calculating means 13, feature color changing means 14, and cosmetic calculating means 15 that are used as color calculating means 12 and feature color outputting means 16.
