PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage sustained release solid preparation carrying out accurate multistage elution simply by compression forming of a uniform prescribed granule and further without influencing elution characteristics by in vivo environment such as ionic strength or pH and compression forming pressure.SOLUTION: The sustained release solid preparation comprises one or more kinds of active ingredients and an elution control base for controlling the elution of the active ingredients.
