PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a blood purification device with more higher extracorporeal circulation by providing a device capable of simultaneously eliminating at least two different categories from the blood of a patient by correcting the defects of a conventional purification device which can eliminate a substance of only one category at one time.SOLUTION: In the blood purification device having a blood extracorporeal circulation loop configured by a part (1) extracting blood plasma from the blood and a means circulating the blood plasma extracted in blood purification means (3, 4, 5, 6 or 8), a column (2) is furthermore included in the blood circulation loop.
