PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold a xyloglucan-containing gel-like composition molded into a desired shape without losing its shape in a state of being removed from a molding mold, and to hold a desired shape until just before opening. A liquid agent for dipping a gel-like composition containing xyloglucan is provided. SOLUTION: A xyloglucan-containing gel-like composition molded into a desired shape is removed from a mold material and then immersed in a predetermined liquid agent so that the liquid agent acts as a cushioning material to prevent the xyloglucan-containing gel-like composition from losing its shape. It can be prevented and can be stably stored for a long period of time without dissolving, damaging or disintegrating the xyloglucan-containing gel-like composition.
