PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for a body surface contact implement hardly causing uncomfortable feeling due to the displacement of the implement or steaming even using long time because fittedness to a body surface and air permeability are good and the body surface contact implement constituted of the composite material for the body surface contact implement.
SOLUTION: The composite material for the body surface contact implement is constituted of a fiber base material having a plurality of holes in the surface and a silicone resin layer formed on the same and having through holes facing the holes and has air permeability of 10 sec or less. The body surface contact implement is constituted of the composite material for the body surface contact implement.
