PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper cover which can be used as an expansion type diaper cover, underpants type diaper cover, and toilet training underpants, has air permeability and high design property.SOLUTION: A diaper cover 1 comprises: a diaper contact member 14 comprising a ventral area 4, an inseam area 5 whose both edges can be extended in a longitudinal direction, and a rear surface area 3 and a belt-like member 2 capable of extending in a width direction, disposed on an upper end of the rear surface area. First joining members 9a, 9b are disposed on an inside of one end of the belt-like member and on outside of the other end of the belt-like member 2, and second joining members 12a to 12h are disposed on an upper end inside of the ventral area 4 and on outside of the belt-like member 2. Fixing members 10 for fixing a diaper are provided in the vicinity of inner both ends of the upper end of the back surface area 3 and the vicinity of inner both ends of the upper end of the ventral area 4, are provided. The diaper contact member 14 is a multi-layer structure.
