A paper diaper, including a first sheet, a second sheet, an elastic unit between the first and second sheets, an absorption member connected across the first and second sheets. The first sheet has two first end edges, two first connection end parts respectively adjacent to the first end edges, and a first notch formed by being inwardly recessed on one of the first end edges. The second sheet has two second end edges and two second connection end parts respectively adjacent to the second end edges.The second connection end parts and the first connection end parts are connected to each other respectively through thermal bonding so that the first and the second sheet body mutually form an annular confining body when unfolded. The portion that the first gap exceeds the first connection end part forms first opening of the confining body. With the first notch, the diaper has a better permeability and is easy to be torn apart through the first and second connection end parts.
