PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air permeability without spoiling touch to the skin in an elastic film stretchable structure.SOLUTION: There is included an elastic film stretchable structure 20X in which an elastic film 30 is laminated between a first sheet layer 20A and a second sheet layer 20B, and the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B are connected through through-holes 31 penetrating into the elastic film 30 in a large number of sheet connection parts 40 arranged at an interval. An area which has the elastic film stretchable structure 20X has a stretchable area 80 stretchable in one direction by the shrinkable force of the elastic film 30. In the stretchable area 80, vent holes 27 penetrating in the thickness direction are punched in parts excluding the sheet connection parts 40 at least in one of the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
