PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable sheet exhibiting high stretchability and higher permeability of a liquid.
SOLUTION: In the stretchable sheet 10, a large number of elastic filaments 13 arrayed so as to be extended in one direction are joined between liquid-permeable sheets which are non-stretchable over the entire length of them substantially in a non-stretched state and are different in the degree of hydrophilicity and/or bulk density to each other. Further, it is preferable that the elastic filaments 13 meander so as to draw random wave lines respectively, are combined on intersections of them, and form a network structure.
