PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for a body surface contact brace that can satisfactorily strike a balance between cushioning properties and extensibility being hard to be compatible, and also between breathability and adhesion properties being hard to be compatible, respectively, and provide the body surface contact brace with the composite material.SOLUTION: A composite material for a body surface contact brace is provided which includes a fiber base material having multiple air holes on a surface and a resin layer having through-holes opposed to the air holes and formed in the fiber base material, and in which the tension in the 50% extension is 0.1-30 N/25 mm and the compressive stress in the 30% compression is 30 kPa or more and less than 200 kPa.
