PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and a blood flow estimation program with which blood flow and a division ratio for an unsteady stream at a branch part of a blood vessel can be accurately estimated.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement means 11 transmits ultrasonic signals to a blood vessel on the upstream side of a branch part and one branch blood vessel on the downstream side, and receives echoes. On the basis of each of the echoes, a measurement processing means 12 obtains shape information and blood flow rate information of the blood vessel on the upstream side and the branch blood vessel on the downstream side. A simulation means 13 gives as boundary conditions, the blood flow rate that flows into the blood vessel on the upstream side and a blood flow rate distribution shape, and the blood flow rate that flows out from the branch blood vessel on the downstream side and the blood flow rate distribution shape by a free outflow boundary condition, and adjusts the boundary conditions so as to reduce errors between each blood flow rate information obtained by calculation and each blood flow rate information acquired in the measurement processing means 12. On the basis of the boundary conditions, the blood flow rate distribution and pressure distribution of the blood vessel on the upstream side and the branch blood vessel on the downstream side are obtained, and displayed in a display means 14.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管の分岐部の非定常流について、血流量および分流比を正確に推定することができる超音波診断装置および血流量推定プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】超音波計測手段11で、分岐部の上流側の血管および下流側の一つの分岐血管に対して超音波信号を送信し、エコーを受信する。計測処理手段12で、各エコーに基づいて上流側の血管および下流側の分岐血管の形状情報と血流速度情報とを求める。シミュレーション手段13で、境界条件として上流側の血管に流入する血流量および血流速度分布形状と、下流側の分岐血管から流出する血流量および自由流出境界条件による血流速度分布形状とを与え、計算で得られる各血流速度情報と計測処理手段12で取得した各血流速度情報との誤差が小さくなるよう境界条件を調整する。その境界条件に基づいて上流側の血管および下流側の分岐血管の血流速度分布と圧力分布を求め、表示手段14で表示する。【選択図】図1
