PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonhuman animal model for myocardial infarction, in which the fatality rate during and after the surgery, by a less invasive method, to induce myocardial infarction is very low and the blood flow is resumed after necrotizing cardiac muscle by interrupting the blood flow, and which is utilized for the research of topical treating of myocardial infarction and regenerative medicine as well, and a method for preparing the same.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of blocking a branched blood vessel of a heart coronary artery by dosing a temporary embolizing agent to the branched blood vessel to interrupt the blood flow in the branched blood vessel and a step of blocking the blood flow in a heart coronary artery by dosing a temporary embolizing agent to the heart coronary artery in which myocardial infarction is to be induced, after the predetermined period of time passes after the step of blocking the branched blood vessel.
