PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair whose rigidity in an unfolded state can be improved and which is easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: A wheelchair is provided with a folding mechanism 2. The folding mechanism 2 is provided with: left and right frame parts 3 a crosslink part 1 which comprises two link members 10 composed of first bars 11 and second bars 12, where the first bars 11 cross in a horizontal X-shape and are joined rotatably with each other and the second bars 12 are joined to the first bars 11 in a horizontally movable manner and a width determining member 5 joined to the left and right frame parts 3. In the crosslink part 1, a first bar side end part 14 and a second bar side end part 15 are rotatably fitted to the frame parts 3 in the state that a bar connection part 13 is bent. The fitting position of the second bar side end part 15 is arranged nearer to the fitting position side of the first bar side end part 14 than an extension line L1 formed by extending the bar connection parts 13 side end parts of the first bars 11 in a planar view.
