PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking system for a clinical practice of dentistry and for an education and training simulation, which is used for tracking and preparing a coordinate status that a user operates, and to provide its evaluation method.SOLUTION: The system includes at least a hand-tool sleeve that can be coupled with a hand tool. The hand-tool sleeve has a plurality of positioning points, and a positioning is performed by the hand-tool sleeve. A positioning unit has an optical positioning module for detecting the plurality of points for coordinate construction, a position and angle of the hand-tool sleeve, and a position of the positioning unit.
