PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair hand rim cover which is easily attached and detached to/from a hand rim, and to which a hand is easily caught to facilitate rowing.SOLUTION: A ring-like hollow cylindrical body 11 for covering a ring-like hand rim is provided.
