PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed solid seasoning composition capable of suppressing clarification of a cloudy liquid food, and excellent in collapsibility in liquid; and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a formed solid seasoning composition containing at least following (A) and (B) at the weight ratio of A:B=2:8-9:1: (A) at least one kind of emulsifier selected from a group comprising lecithin and hydrophilic emulsifiers having HLB value of 7-16; and (B) thickening polysaccharide powder having the 50% particle size (D50) of 150 μm-1 mm in a volume-based cumulative particle size distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
